Conferencing

A conference can be used to speak with multiple people at the same time, both inside and outside of your company. If you’re the first person in the conference, the system will say so with a prerecorded message and will then play Music on Hold. When a person joins the conference, a short tone is played.

How to use it:

To enter the conference, simply push the CONF button and you will enter the conference. If you’re the first person in the conference, the system will say so with a prerecorded message and will then play Music on Hold.

To add people to the conference, simply Transfer them to the conference by pushing Transfer, and then CONF.
